Being healthy includes the physical and mental aspects. If you have a good
mental health can confront any physical illness. If you want a
good physical, mental and emotional health you must follow a healthy diet and
balance, not drink excess alcohol, staying active, rest, sleep minimums 8
hours, express your feelings, ask for help when you need it, accepting yourself
