Living on a tight budget

     The concept Budget has several uses, usually related to the area of finance and economics. The budget is the quality of money estimated to be necessary to deal with certain expenses.

       You should take 3 steps for realize a budget:

1.              Identify our monthly income.
2.             Identify our monthly expenses.
3.       Subtract the monthly expenses to our monthly income

    There are different kinds of budget, but in this occasion I will focus on the tight budget with which we due low income, high cost of family basket, the unemployment and others social impairments.

    Currently we adjust to the environment in where we live and not make dishonorable acts to earn income for our budget.

    These are some tips to live on a tight budget:

   

• Cook the right amount of food according to the number of people living at home and only one menu.

• In the case that remaining food, not throw it away but rather keep with which we can create a new dish or the same.

• When making the purchase at the supermarket go with a list limited budget, do not go with children to avoid losing concentration and buy things that are not on our list.

• Go to different supermarkets and compare prices, you should buy wholesale, as each unit is cheaper.

• If you choose to rent a home that this is in an area close to your workplace to save fuel or with public transportation.

• Reduce the use of electrical devices, disconnect them when not in use, and turn off the lights if not in the room, if you see four hours of television see only two and other times read a book.

• Reduce parties and go out to generate extras expenses, if you like of cinema watch a movie at house with your family, make popcorn and share with your family.

• Write what your fixed expenses, such as payments for services (electricity, water, telephone), payment of house rent, payment of education (schools for children, university) add this payment date to avoid paying surcharges.

• Buy clothes necessary and appropriate, not be a brand buyer.

• Avoid unnecessary use of credit card, use it only when necessary.

    Living on a tight budget is sometimes not easy, but just in a matter of adapting, if you take these recommendations into account and add others will be easy.
